Biography
I have been described as 'world-class' by one of my celebrity clients. I am passionate about what I do and that's what I love to inspire others to achieve; joy in their work which then seems to bring amazing health, relationships and prosperity too! I am a Holistic TLC (Transformational Life Coach), Shiatsu, Shamanic, Reiki Practitioner and Inspirational Speaker. I first discovered Shiatsu in the early 90’s and found it extremely useful especially during my time as a work hard party hard TV Producer when it helped bring balance to my life and improved my health and well-being.
As I started searching for more meaning in my life I decided to undertake the three year Shiatsu Diploma with the European Shiatsu School. This was the start of many ‘life changing’ experiences as I really began to live as a whole person integrating emotional and spiritual lessons into my life which at times wasn't a joyful experience, but incredibly rewarding and necessary for my new path!
I was led to Shamanic Healing as deeper emotional healing was necessary for the more unconscious patterns, beliefs and issues to be addressed. I undertook the Shamanic Practitioners course with the Isle of Avalon Foundation in Glastonbury. Shamanic Healing really opened me up to an endless array of possibilities, the beauty in nature, the magic and possibilities which surround us at every moment.
As a result of doing this course, I started to believe in my healing abilities and gain the confidence to follow the path of a healer. I was practising two modalities that really helped me on my journey, but I was still searching. I was attracting clients who were at a crossroads in their lives or were looking for something more and I thrived on helping them to feel empowered and inspired to follow their dreams.
The next step was a Life Coaching course which really gave me the groundwork and practical skills to manifest dreams and goals. I had been introduced to NLP and similar techniques to uncover the potential within us all and the Life Coaching course taught me practical ways and tools, many reaching back thousands of years combined with cutting edge tools based on current scientific research.
I also completed a Reiki Practitioner’s course while in India in 2006-07. Before this I had been told I had 'healing hands’, but after doing this course my healing abilities were brought to a completely new level. Reiki is a delightful, effective, gentle healing art which helped me to integrate my knowledge and almost tie the ribbon on my cornucopia of self development and healing techniques.
More recently I have discovered tangible, effective, totally mind-blowing ways of accessing the intuition to gain insights, solve problems, find direction and access our own inner wisdom. This has helped me to manifest many, many dreams I've had for a very long time and this is what I am most passionate about sharing with others.
