How will I benefit from Life Coaching?
Almost anyone who is looking for more out of life will benefit from life coaching. You will especially benefit if you feel there’s more to life than you are currently experiencing and you are keen to make changes. These changes are decided by you and the timeframe is also decided by you.
If you feel that you aren’t using all your talents and gifts or if you want someone to help you decipher what your talents and gifts are, you will benefit greatly.
If you feel that your career is lacking meaning; or your life is lacking direction; focus; or fun the sessions can help you to get your life back into balance.
If you would you like to be more in control of your destiny; to bring more joy and excitement back in to your life.
If you have a moment of truth, a realisation that you can’t stand a particular area of your life and it needs to change life coaching will help and support you to take action.
You may know what changes you want to make, but change can be scary so it’s much safer to stay in the comfort zone, even though it’s not really that pleasant anymore. This is where my help as an experienced Life Coach will help.
I provide professional support. I am not emotionally involved, I have the intuition, training and capability to help you set goals, achieve targets, realise you can do, be and have everything you choose for yourself. I am an outsider who can cast a fresh light on things and illuminate a starting point.
How does it work?
I will listen to you and share in your successes, and rejoice with you when you make a breakthrough.
I will work with you to find the answers that already lie within you. What we do together is to find the answers and bring them out.
Starting from the principle that the cup is always half full, as opposed to half empty, you can expect:
‘The aim of life is self-development. To realise one’s nature perfectly—that is what each of us is here for’. Oscar Wilde
